As the catering director for The Posh Plate at Wake Forest University, she incorporates over sixteen years of experience in everything she touches. From the table-setting to the presentation of the food her signature flourish is present in each detail of the execution.

She holds memberships with the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE), International Caterers Association (ICA), Perfect Wedding Guild (Ambassador) and former member of the Executive Committee of the Triad Bridal Association. Her articles on food trends and food tips have been published in Triad Weddings, Latitude and Natural Triad.
